The Invisible Rule (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Name & email - so we can deliver your personalized report.
- Voice session content - the conversation you have with our guide, used to generate your report.
- Basic device info - standard server logs (IP, browser type) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To generate and deliver your Invisible Rule report.
- To send transactional emails related to your session and any purchase.
- To improve the product (in aggregate, never sold to third parties).
What we never do
- We do not sell your data to anyone.
- We do not share your session transcript publicly.
- We do not use your voice recording to train third-party models.
Third-party processors
We use a small number of vetted services to operate: VAPI and ElevenLabs (voice), Anthropic (report generation), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payments). Each receives only what they need to perform their function.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@invisible-rule.comand we'll respond within 30 days.
